Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy is a holistic healing art joining the sciences of psychology and yoga. Sessions are a one-to-one process lasting 75 minutes and lead to a new level of self-awareness, stress relief, and ease of being. Using assisted yoga postures, non-directive dialogue, meditation, and breathing, clients are guided toward experiencing their deep body-mind connection.
